* The Irwin House is a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) under California law.
Residency is limited to individuals who meet RCFE eligibility requirements, generally adults 60 years of age or older, or adults with qualifying needs as permitted by applicable regulations. The Irwin House provides non-medical residential care, supervision, and assistance with activities of daily living. We do not provide skilled nursing care or acute medical services. Admission is subject to an assessment to ensure the needs of prospective residents can be safely and appropriately met within the scope of our RCFE license.
